Under our Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan, registered shareholders may purchase additional shares of New York Community Bancorp by reinvesting all or part of their cash dividends, and by making optional cash purchases ranging from a minimum of $50 to a maximum of $10,000 per transaction - up to a maximum of $100,000 per calendar year. In addition, new investors may purchase their initial shares of New York Community Bancorp through the Plan.
